Calling Rain

Concentrate really hard and think of it raining. I do this many times, and it works! But only do this when you really need rain!

Cool the Temperature

The things you will be needing: your wand and your concentration

Go outside, take some deep breaths for a couple of minutes. Take your wand and point it to the sky. Hold wand while chanting:

"All the clouds, cover the sky. Make it cold; cold air go by. So mote it be."

While you chant that, feel all the clouds coming together and blowing cold air in your area. After a couple of minutes, you will feel strong winds and cool breezes and the temperature lowering down.

Make It Rain

recite this 3 times. If nothing happens, you may only repeat this once. The wait for a little maybe 30 miniutes.

Protection From Snow

You will need:
One peppercorn
A pinch of salt
Pinch of powdered ginger
Pinch of powdered cloves
A small pinch of red cotton cloth

Place the peppercorn in you bowl saying and visualizing:

I charge you with protection

Place the salt in saying: I charge you with stability

Place the cayenne pepper in saying: I charge you with warmth.

Place the ginger in saying: I charge you with protection

Place the cloves in saying: I charge you with protection.

Mix the assembled spices and salt with your fingers, visualize yourself having a safe health, guarded time. Now transfer the hers to the center of the cloth squares. Fold in half and in half again and sew up the ends. Carry this with you.

Make a new charm ever snowy season.

Rain Spell I

This poem might seem a bit silly but it does work you will need:
a map of the area you want the rain some rice
bowl filled with water or small river
you may wish to add candles/incense to suit you

Conjure up your magic circle

Place the rice over the exact area you wish it to rain and chant the following:

On these places that there is rice
some seasonal rain would be nice
but not so much the rain should flood
or those in need would drown in mud
Anu and Lou blessed be
and as my will so mote it be

(*note* anu and lou are another name for god and goddess)

say this till you feel is right the fold the map with the rice still in it and submerge in water.

Thank the gods again and close the circle. it should rain in a week or so-or repeat if needed you can slightly change the chant to suit your needs.

Rain Spell II

Charge yourself in the star position on a tree. Eat lots of watery fruits and veg and drink water

Cleanse some water with salt and bless it in the name of the goddess.

Place it on your altar and say that you want its spiritual value on the astral plane multiplied by a million.

Then take it to the tree you charged from, offer it up to the sky after placing a drop of it on the tree and on your forehead. Hold it above your head. Ask the elements to collect it and visualize a spout of water pushing from your feet through your body and blasting out of your head high into the air then through the chalice of water into the air.

Thank the air and water elementals!

Spell For Sunny Weather and Clear Skies

Take a container of some kind (I used a blue bottle cap) and pour some water into it, preferably mineral water or spring water but any will do. Then put some salt in it and leave it on a windowsill if it is sunny or windy (if windy you need to make sure that it is secured and wont blow away). If it is wet outside or humid and the water will not evaporate away, leave it in your house in a warm place or by a window.

As you pour the salt in, imagine the mixture becoming the clouds in the sky visualize it evaporating and the clouds evaporating with it.

Then leave it to evaporate in its place. Only remove when all of the water has gone.

Spell For Snow Day

Items: 1 black Candle

Directions: Light the candle the night before the day you want the snowday. Then recite this 3 times:

Goddess Hecate, I call upon thee,
make tomorrow a snowday, so mote it be.

note: This spell must be used to catch up on work, or something important, not to laze around or it will either not work, or backfire. Must use new candle every time.

Spell to Encourage Sunshine

You will need: suntan lotion, carnelian or red jasper crystal, orange candle

Light the candle, rub suntan lotion into your hands and toss the crystal from palm to palm seven times as you say:

"Goddess Sol bless and decree that the sun shall shine on me"

Do this every morning leading up to your holiday or event that you want sunshine for.

Stop the Rain

This is a spell to stop rain from coming to a town right before it falls. When it starts getting dark, chant this with lots of feeling:

"Gods of power, Gods of might,
I bid you now, stop this plight,
Stop the rain, we need no more,
Let it fall, nevermore."

Put a lot of feeling in stopping rain from falling from the clouds and it will not fall, it will simply move to a area away from where you are and then fall. I use this all the time when I am mowing the lawn and its about to rain, then I cast this and finish the lawn.

(While we are sure this spell works amazingly, we would advise against using the word "nevermore." Obviously it will have to rain again -- no one wants to create a drought. Please chose your wording carefully and think about its consequences.)

Summoning a Storm

Need: Broom (the plant) It is a gorse type plant with prickly yellow flowers
Rice
Salt
Water
A small bowl
A red candle *

* *the red candle is for lightning, if you do not want lightning don't use the candle.

Light the candle. Pour the water into the bowl and say:

"Rains of time for what it's worth empty thine eyes upon this earth."

Stir the water with a spoon imagine a huge storm cell forming. Place the broom into the water, broom brings the winds. Say this:

"Winds shall follow effortlessly, tearing through every limb of tree"

Continue to stir the mixture imagining the storm getting bigger. Add the rice, this is to cause the down pour. You don't have to say anything for the rice, just start stirring really fast.

Add the hot wax from the candle... and say:

"Lightning strike quick and long, make it last, make it strong"

Add the salt; the salt seals the mixture and say:

"By the powers of three times three let it be"

Take the mixture and throw it outside into the wind.

Now if I were you, I would seriously make a protection mixture and sprinkle it on your window sills. There is not a way that I know of to stop the coming storm ..so be prepared

Fehuuruansuken Rune Spell

This is for cleansing, strength and wisdom.

Create the bind rune from fehu, uruz, ansuz, and kenaz (working down). Positively charge the rune and while this process is being done chant the word "fehuuruansuken" 7 times.

Once the rune is constructed just chant the power word 7 times and allow the image of the rune to fill your psyche.

Increasing Your Mind Power

What you need: Your imagination.

Instructions:

Close your eyes and meditate for a few minutes, clearing your mine from all thoughts and emotions. When your finished (take as long as you feel is needed) imagine your holding a ball. Start trying to get the feel of the ball by running your hands around the ball...Once you feel confident that you have the exact feel of the ball throw it into the air and catch it. After throwing the ball into the air a few times start imagining its growing red and hot...its warming up your hands...then imagine its turning blue and cold...keep changing from cold to hot until you feel the need to stop.

When you are finished take 3 deep breaths and repeat these words "My mind power has now increased. So mote it be" After saying these words thank the gods and goddesses for helping you increase your mind power.

Write the situation down, describing clearly your needs, oppositions and desired outcome. Dress the paper with peppermint oil to raise the vibrational energy. Focus on your situation and say:

Wishing Spell

Needed:
*1 coin
*1 sterilized needle
*well/lake/sea/river/etc

Prick your finger with needle and allow your blood drop to the coin. Chant this while staring to your reflection on water(well,lake,river,sea,etc):

"Water so clear,water so clean. Please take my wishes and bring it to me. What I will ask is what I should get. Please make my wishes come true."

Make a wish then throw or drop the coin into the well/lake/sea/pond/etc....

Breath Cleansing

This is very simple and great to use when in a pinch or you want to go unnoticed.

Drink, chew or eat something strongly herbal, like spearmint gum, garlic, peppers. Keep it in your mouth as you walk around periodically taking a deep breath and blowing it out in a long, direct stream of air (think fire-breathing dragon). Blow away all negativity. Quick Binding Spells

Take the business card of whoever is bothering you and use pushpins to bind it to a cork board or wall at work.


Write the problem or name of person causing the problem on a piece of paper and seal it in an envelope.

Perfect Job Spell

Need: Classified section, tape or glue, paper/pen, marker, objects to burn paper.

Write or type a blurb about yourself as if you are writing a help-available ad. Include your general qualities, what you'd like to do day to day at work, your pay range, be realistic.

Now, write a help-wanted ad. Don't mention any specific company or employer. Just write it so that the job position would be a perfect match to what you wrote for your help-available post.

Glue both ads into the appropriate part of the classified section of the newspaper.

Cast a circle. Inside the circle, take a black marker and circle both of your ads, connecting them with a line. This is your new Perfect Job Symbol. Concentrate on it.

Burn the newspaper, releasing your intent. In a few days, look through the want ads and find your job waiting for you.

Removing Office Obstacles

Need: Business card or card stock, string, scissors, glue and a coin

Take a business card or a sturdy piece of card stock. Wrap a piece of string around it. With each loop, think of what is blocking you. When you have thought of all your obstacle, knot the string. Take the scissors and cut each loop, one at a time, imagine each obstacle disappearing. Glue a coin to the back of the card for prosperity. Keep the card somewhere in the office so it may work its magick.

Year of Success Spell

Now, this spell really works but it is a little complicated. This is a spell to be successful for one year. It will not make you unsuccessful when you are done, it will just bring you back to how you were before you performed it.

~Warning~ this spell can cause a spirit to appear and sometimes even stay!

Supplies:
two orange candles
success oil
one crystal
a piece of paper or parchment
a bowel of sage.

Start by putting one orange candle on the left in front of you and one on the right in front of you. Place the crystal into the bowl of sage and light the sage. Light the candle on the right and chant:

I light this candle to represent the power and the strength. Essence of sage as it burns to cleanse thyself in this ritual. I call the powers above me to give me strength and hear my call. So mote it be.

Now, meditate for a moment as the sage burns. Then light the left candle and chant:

I light this candle to represent the darkness being sent away. Hear my call. Here my cry. Give me success, never ask me why. Succedre, Succedre, Here me Succedre.

Now, light the candle on the right and chant:

With the smoke and the fire of this herb, magick Seledre, I call upon you you. Hear my cry; hear my call. Hear me, hear me all. So mote it be.

Now, take the piece of paper and fold it in half long ways. Using a Q-tip, draw your own good luck symbol on one side. On the other side, draw a pentacle. DO NOT TOUCH YOUR HANDS TO THE OIL!!!

After you do this, fold the paper in fours. Hold it with both hands and chant:

I ask for success. Succedre, magick Selendre, Elesae. So mote it be.

When you are done, put out all fires and cap the oil! put the sage in a plastic bag with the blessed crystal and the paper and seal it shut.

Spell Casters: a word of warning: Some people can be allergic to fragrance oils so be sure to either test a drop on your arm first or use a dropper/Q-tips to avoid contact.
